Health & Wellness Programs for Youth


Teaching Kids & Teens to Live Healthy Lifestyles: 88% of NYC schools do not offer the state's minimum required amount of physical education.
We provide exercise classes and teach health & wellness to teens, kids & their families in our Camps, Boys & Girls Clubs/After School, Preschools & Early Childhood programs.

Yoga for Kids Ages 5-7 and Ages 8-10
Instructor Becca Broughton teaches a vinyasa classes greatly influenced by viniyoga. Classes generally begin in savasana or child's pose, followed by seated stretches, modified poses, twists, bends and oms.
Super Soccer Stars for Ages 2 - 5 Years
