Welcome

Our preschool program is designed to be the center of a thriving and dynamic community. The warm and welcoming atmosphere embraces a diversity of families that reflect the residents of our local neighborhood. Children, educators, and families are encouraged to form rich and meaningful relationships and to invest in the growth of the collective.

Children's multiple intelligences and capacities to learn are advanced in multiple ways - through individualized attention, small groups, and community initiatives. Our educators believe in the power of engaging children in complex, meaningful, child directed, and sustained learning experiences. Children are respected and empowered in nurturing and enriching learning environments.

We strive to develop the “whole child” by weaving arts into the curriculum in a meaningful way. Our “Artist in Resident” educator holds advanced Masters’ level training in Movement Education and uses the arts as a means of empowering students to express their individual voice. She consults regularly with our educators on how to integrate exercise, gross motor activities, and creative expression into our classroom happenings.

The curriculum incorporates Jewish values that are universally relevant, such as the values of gratitude and respect for our environment. We strive to create a culture in which the classrooms are collaborating and engaging children and families to create a shared community of meaning.

Program
We recognize and support the diverse needs of growing young families. Our flexible program with generous hours and options complements your blessedly busy lives.

Families of 2 to 4 year olds may choose our half day program (8:30 am to 12:30 pm) or full enrichment program (8:30 am to 3:00 pm) on 3 or 5 days a week.  We may also offer an extended day option (until 6:00 pm) with sufficient interest. Additionally, we are now introducing a Seeds & Sprouts program for children ages 0 to 2.
