BEGINNING CERAMICS                                                                                                                                                                                                 Learn and how to use the potter’s wheel and hand-building techniques to create decorative and functional objects such as bowls, cups, vases or plates.  Discover pottery techniques such as slips, glazes and embossed surface decorations to finish and enrich the forms. Individuals with prior experience will learn new skills such as creating handles, lids, spouts and other finishing applications.

ADVANCED CERAMICS This class is for adults who have taken at least one ceramics class. Learn techniques of creating handles or lids, perfecting wheel-throwing skills and working on a larger scale.
